About the Role
You will execute complex customer demonstrations through safe, disciplined, mission-focused flight operations. You will plan missions, manage risk and airspace coordination, resolve aircraft and ground-system issues, and provide classroom, simulator, and live-flight instruction.
Requirements
- 1,000 documented unmanned flight hours or 250 manned flight hours
- Ability to obtain and maintain an FAA Class II Medical Certificate
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD Security Clearance
- Ability to pass background investigations, drug screenings, and customer medical and dental requirements
- Willingness and ability to travel 60–75%, including CONUS and OCONUS deployments
- Experience operating independently in high-tempo and austere environments
- Aviation decision-making, operational risk management, and safety knowledge
- Verbal communication and customer engagement skills
Responsibilities
- Execute complex customer flight demonstrations safely
- Plan flight operations, including risk management and airspace coordination
- Troubleshoot aircraft, payload, datalink, and ground-system issues
- Train and mentor customers and teammates
- Make independent operational decisions in dynamic environments
