About the Role

You own the end-to-end user experience for a biometric iris-verification ecosystem across participants and device operators. You define experience frameworks, design physical and digital touchpoints plus audio, lighting, and haptic cues, conduct research, translate insights into requirements and prototypes, lead UX from concept through launch, and improve deployed experiences using data and field feedback.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of UX, service design, or multi-modal experience design
  • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end systems thinking and multi-touchpoint experience design
  • Expertise designing experiences that blend physical, digital, and sensory inputs
  • Hands-on prototyping skills with Figma, motion, audio, and physical mockups
  • Ability to lead research, synthesize complex data, and drive cross-functional alignment
  • Experience working with hardware engineering, industrial design, firmware, and product teams is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the complete experience for participants and operators
  • Create experience principles and frameworks across product lines and regions
  • Design content, cues, and instructional elements for physical touchpoints
  • Design UX for on-device interfaces, operator consoles, mobile apps, and web flows
  • Design audio cues, lighting behaviors, and haptic feedback
  • Plan and conduct user research
  • Translate insights into product requirements, prototypes, service flows, and design guidelines
  • Lead UX development from concept through launch
  • Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to preserve design intent
  • Monitor deployed experiences and drive iterative improvements
