About the Role
Design and ship high-quality product experiences, translate complex AI reasoning into actionable interfaces, own the visual language and design system, use research and data to improve the experience, and collaborate with engineering on high-fidelity products.
Requirements
- A portfolio showing real product and business impact
- Deep UX expertise in user flows, interaction design, and usability
- Strong visual design, typography, and layout skills
- Experience designing data-rich or AI-native interfaces
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-performance startup environment
- Excitement to work with agents and LLMs
Responsibilities
- Design and ship product experiences from concepts to polished prototypes and visuals
- Translate complex AI reasoning into actionable user experiences
- Own the visual language and design system
- Use research, data, and iteration to improve the end-to-end experience
- Work closely with engineering to ship high-fidelity experiences
