About the Role

You will design, develop, and deploy Tungsten TotalAgility solutions for document capture and business-process automation. You will configure classification, extraction, validation, workflows, forms, queues, and business rules; build integrations; optimize OCR; resolve production issues; support releases; and contribute to AI and IDP initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of overall IT experience
• 3+ years of hands-on Tungsten or Kofax TotalAgility development experience
• Tungsten TotalAgility platform expertise
• Document classification, extraction, OCR, and workflow automation experience
• Transformation Modules, Capture, and Intelligent Document Processing knowledge
• API, database, and enterprise application integration experience
• C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, and web services proficiency
• Software development lifecycle and Agile methodology knowledge

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Tungsten TotalAgility solutions
• Configure document classification, extraction, validation, and workflow processes
• Develop and maintain custom scripts, connectors, and enterprise integrations
• Configure OCR technologies and optimize document recognition accuracy
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions
• Design and implement workflows, forms, queues, and business rules
• Integrate TotalAgility with ERP, CRM, ECM, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Participate in code reviews and follow development standards
• Support deployment, testing, enhancements, and production releases
• Contribute to AI, machine learning, and intelligent document processing initiatives
