About the Role

You will own global cash management and liquidity operations, including daily cash positioning and short- and long-term forecasting. You will execute domestic and international payments, manage banking relationships and account administration, optimize working capital, support debt compliance and capital-markets activities, and lead treasury systems and process-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of treasury or finance experience, preferably in a high-growth or public-company environment
• Understanding of cash management, liquidity planning, global banking operations, and domestic and international payments
• Familiarity with debt structures, covenant compliance, capital markets activities, treasury systems, ERP platforms, and banking portals
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Understanding of internal controls, fraud prevention, and SOX compliance
• Ability to analyze complex data, work cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and communicate treasury insights clearly

Responsibilities

• Own daily global cash positioning, liquidity management, and short-term cash forecasting across all entities
• Develop weekly, monthly, and long-range rolling cash forecasts to identify liquidity risks and optimization opportunities
• Execute and oversee domestic and international payments, including wires, ACH, and FX
• Manage global banking relationships, account structures, fee optimization, and bank account administration
• Align cash forecasts with operating plans and optimize working capital
• Support debt compliance, covenant reporting, capital markets activities, and corporate insurance renewals
• Maintain treasury controls, payment approval workflows, and fraud prevention measures
• Lead treasury systems, bank connectivity, documentation, and process-improvement initiatives
