About the Role
You will manage day-to-day fiat and crypto treasury operations, including payments, reconciliations, invoice collection, pre-accounting, and reporting. You will coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closes with external accountants; maintain accurate records; monitor cash and token positions; refresh P&L, cash burn, and forecast reports; and improve finance processes, tooling, and reporting.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in finance operations, treasury, or pre-accounting in a fast-growing environment.
- Have hands-on experience with external accountants and monthly close routines.
- Be proficient with Pennylane, Cryptio, Notion, and Excel.
- Be familiar with crypto fundamentals.
- Maintain a meticulous and rigorous approach to record keeping and reconciliations.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and reconcile fiat and crypto payments using Pennylane, Cryptio, and internal tools.
- Track, collect, and organize invoices across vendors and teams.
- Update monthly pre-accounting in Pennylane and Cryptio.
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closes with external accountants.
- Refresh P&L and cash burn reports and simple forecasts.
- Monitor and rebalance cash and token positions across wallets and accounts.
- Identify and implement process improvements in payments, tooling, and reporting.
