About the Role
Work with traders and quantitative researchers to design and evolve automated options trading infrastructure across trading logic, system performance, and FPGA integrations. The role emphasizes real-time systems, rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and scalable engineering practices.
Requirements
- Experience with full-cycle software development in trading or other high-performance domains
- 5+ years of professional experience in modern C++; Java experience is a plus
- Strong network programming skills, including raw sockets, latency tuning, and packet handling
- Ability to debug, profile, and optimize complex systems
- Self-directed approach to identifying and solving system issues
- Experience in fast-paced environments where reliability and performance are critical
- Proactive approach to anticipating risks and performance bottlenecks
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
