About the Role
You will own end-user support tickets from logging and triage through resolution or escalation. You will troubleshoot workplace hardware, Windows systems, applications, office and meeting-room technology, and security devices. You will provision workstations and access, support onboarding and trading-floor operations, monitor systems, maintain asset records, and document recurring issues.
Requirements
- 2–5 years in a similar role or relevant internships
- Windows and Microsoft fundamentals including Active Directory, Exchange, and MDM tools
- Hands-on hardware and workstation experience
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work under pressure and meet SLA targets
- Basic networking knowledge or willingness to learn
- English proficiency
Responsibilities
- Own end-user tickets from logging and triage through resolution or escalation
- Troubleshoot hardware, operating systems, applications, printers, AV, and security devices
- Set up and configure workstations, desks, and meeting-room equipment
- Handle onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, and IAM reviews
- Support trading-floor incident response, workstation provisioning, and desk relocations
- Monitor Windows systems, servers, VDI, and enterprise applications
- Maintain asset inventory and device lifecycle records
- Manage meeting-room, AV, and reception technology
- Document knowledge-base articles and relay recurring issues
