About the Role
You will validate and debug new wafer-scale silicon, characterize high-speed interfaces, and support wafer bring-up, burn-in, and manufacturing operations. You will build Python and shell-based test, debug, and bring-up tools; diagnose system failures; collaborate on hardware specifications; and document issues and workflows.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Three years of relevant experience
- Electrical signal integrity analysis
- Hardware bring-up and debugging
- Functional and electrical characterization
- Test automation using scripting languages
- High-speed interfaces and protocols including Ethernet, CPRI, or Interlaken
Responsibilities
- Perform post-silicon validation and debug new silicon
- Test and characterize high-speed serial interfaces
- Support wafer bring-up, burn-in, and manufacturing operations
- Develop hardware compliance solutions
- Create automated regression tests using Python and Bash
- Diagnose system-related failures involving FPGAs, power, and cooling
- Develop Python debug tools and wafer bring-up flows
- Document issues, tools, and workflows
