About the Role
You will coordinate product-development execution across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and NPI. You will maintain program plans, manage dependencies and risks, run readiness reviews, resolve blockers, report program status, and improve planning and program-management practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline
- 5+ years of technical program management experience delivering multidisciplinary products through production
- Experience coordinating hardware, embedded software, manufacturing, supply chain, and NPI activities
- Knowledge of verification and validation, engineering change management, manufacturing readiness, release management, and product lifecycle management
- Organizational and communication skills
- Experience developing program plans, managing dependencies, and communicating status
- Experience using program management tools for milestones, dependencies, dashboards, and reporting
Responsibilities
- Develop a system-level understanding of products to drive cross-functional execution
- Coordinate execution across software, firmware, hardware, autonomy, manufacturing, supply chain, and NPI
- Maintain integrated program plans and manage dependencies and execution risks
- Coordinate product readiness reviews for production and deployment
- Track progress and resolve cross-functional blockers
- Develop dashboards and reporting on program status, risks, dependencies, and readiness
- Improve planning, communication, and program management practices
