About the Role
You will shape the strategy, execution, and growth of the AvaCloud product suite. You will identify market trends and opportunities, define product vision and roadmaps, and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. You will work closely with engineers to manage milestones and delivery, research customers and markets, and drive B2B or B2B2C features through the full product lifecycle. You will also help design developer tools such as APIs and SDKs and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of technical product management in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency businesses.
- 2+ years managing day-to-day technical and design direction for large, rapidly scaling systems and platforms.
- Deep understanding of web3 infrastructure, explorers, bridges, DeFi platforms, and traditional payments.
- Experience driving B2B and B2B2C software products and features through the full product lifecycle.
- Experience creating strategic roadmaps with engineering, UX/UI, sales, customer support, finance, and marketing.
- Experience leading product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
- Ability to interpret research and data and analyze industry trends.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms and vice versa.
- Experience working with or building developer tools including APIs and SDKs.
- Management consulting background is a plus.
- Technical understanding of blockchains, engineering experience, and startup experience are nice to have.
