About the Role

You will train customers through live sessions, webinars, and workshops. You will create technical articles, guides, videos, demos, reference architectures, sandbox examples, proof-of-concept guides, and sales decks. You will represent the platform at industry events and channel customer feedback to product teams.

Requirements

Knowledge of Kubernetes internals including API servers namespaces RBAC and multi-tenancy
Experience with virtual machines and private cloud infrastructure
Knowledge of compute and storage infrastructure
Infrastructure-as-code proficiency with Terraform and Helm
Knowledge of AWS EKS Azure or GCP
Customer success developer advocacy or technical training experience
Experience delivering webinars technical demos and customer training
Ability to explain complex technical topics to executive and engineering audiences

Responsibilities

Deliver live customer training webinars and workshops
Produce technical blog posts whitepapers and guides
Script record and produce instructional videos feature deep-dives and webinar demos
Represent the platform at industry events
Build and maintain reference architectures and GitHub sandbox examples
Create proof-of-concept guides and technical sales decks
Channel customer feedback to the product team
