About the Role

You will define and lead the global developer relations strategy. You will create technical content and developer programs, represent the platform in the developer ecosystem, bring developer feedback to internal stakeholders, measure adoption, and build the DevRel function.

Requirements

10+ years of developer relations, advocacy, technical marketing, or developer-focused product experience
Director-level DevRel leadership experience
Technical background in machine learning and cloud infrastructure
Experience running AI workloads at scale
GPU compute, distributed systems, Kubernetes, model fine-tuning, and production inference experience
Knowledge of AI tooling, open-source frameworks, libraries, and agent-based systems
AI infrastructure adoption knowledge
Developer community engagement and technical communication experience
Developer adoption metrics experience
Willingness to travel frequently

Responsibilities

Lead the global developer relations strategy
Create self-serve developer content across the developer journey
Oversee technical resources including documentation, code samples, demos, tutorials, notebooks, blogs, and videos
Represent Nscale at developer conferences, meetups, and hackathons
Bring developer feedback and use cases to Product, Engineering, and Marketing
Launch ambassador, open-source, research, and training programs
Define developer growth KPIs and dashboards
Test and scale developer education formats
Build and lead the DevRel function and hire DevRel engineers
