You will set and execute the developer relations strategy for the Claude Platform. You will lead and scale a developer relations team, use developer feedback to influence the roadmap, create developer education content, and promote responsible platform use.

• AI and machine learning knowledge
• API knowledge
• Ability to create code demonstrations
• Ability to review developer content and provide technical feedback

Responsibilities

• Build and execute developer discovery and integration-growth strategy
• Build and execute developer education content strategy
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to incorporate developer feedback into the roadmap
• Prioritize initiatives using data, feedback, and developer needs
• Define and advance developer relations practices
• Recruit, inspire, and scale a developer relations team
• Create scalable processes for the team and developer ecosystem
• Advocate for developer needs and translate feedback into strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with Research on educational resources
• Partner with Communications and Marketing to amplify developer success stories
• Ensure developers adopt responsible AI best practices
