About the Role

You will create technical learning content and hands-on experiences, including tutorials, labs, workshops, demos, reference implementations, and training. You will translate product changes for field audiences, support launches, improve public technical guidance, gather field feedback, and measure adoption and fluency gains.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Field Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Consulting, technical enablement, or software engineering at a developer tools or platform company.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle, modern engineering organizations, and AI coding tools.
  • Experience as an active power user of AI coding tools.
  • Experience building demos, integrations, and prototypes.
  • Experience delivering large technical workshops or training to engineering teams.
  • Experience building demo environments, content-freshness automation, and self-service tooling.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in writing and speech.
  • Knowledge of customer success and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Build technical learning content, including code walkthroughs, tutorials, labs, workshops, reference implementations, and instructor-led training.
  • Build demos, reference implementations, and workflow automations.
  • Lead workshops, technical deep dives, and hands-on enablement sessions.
  • Translate product changes for Field Engineers, ADMs, and Solutions Architects.
  • Partner on educational framing, practical examples, and adoption paths for major launches.
  • Contribute technical guides, patterns, and best practices to public technical content.
  • Design learning experiences for developers and non-technical users.
  • Experiment with in-product learning, interactive experiences, live teaching, and AI-native tutorials.
  • Bring field feedback to Product and Engineering.
  • Measure adoption and fluency gains.
