About the Role
You will set the technical direction for RF, electronic-warfare, and sensing capabilities. You will lead research and development, architect end-to-end RF systems, guide technologies into deployment, mentor engineers, and support technical government-contract pursuits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government clearance requiring U.S. citizenship
- End-to-end RF system design and development experience
- Software-defined radio system-development experience
- DSP and RF machine-learning algorithm-development experience
- Multidisciplinary R&D program leadership experience
- SIGINT, electronic warfare, or radar capability-fielding experience
- Government R&D contracting experience
- Proposal-development and cost-estimation experience
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical roadmap for Spectrum Dominance capabilities
- Lead complex research and development programs
- Oversee system design, analysis, testing, risk management, and delivery
- Architect RF systems across DSP algorithms, software-defined radio hardware, and mission software
- Guide technologies from research into manufacturable and deployable products
- Build, mentor, and lead engineering teams
- Partner with business-development and capture teams on government opportunities
