About the Role
You manage the technical administration, integration, stability, and operational execution of customer accounts. You implement products and services, handle technical requests, monitor integration health, manage releases and configuration changes, support go-live readiness, and document reusable technical practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of implementation consulting or technical account management experience in enterprise SaaS, fintech, or financial services
- Experience delivering complex technical implementations for enterprise customers
- Strong technical acumen and ability to lead API integrations
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships
- Excellent project management and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with customer technical and operational teams to implement products and services
- Provide customer education and project management
- Design tests and recommend best practices
- Prioritize and deliver daily technical and operational requests
- Manage intake, routing, SLAs, and status communication
- Monitor integration health and reliability
- Manage error recovery, reconciliations, data quality checks, and environment hygiene
- Run releases, API and schema updates, configurations, entitlements, keys, certificates, and maintenance windows
- Enable, validate, roll out, and stabilize integrations
- Provide implementation consulting and go-live readiness support
- Publish patterns, FAQs, and runbooks
- Build usage, SLA, and error reporting
