About the Role
You will partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and talent strategies. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for specialized technology and product roles, source candidates, build pipelines, use hiring metrics and market intelligence, support onboarding, and improve recruiting practices.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of technology and product recruitment experience
- Experience placing specialized engineering profiles and product leaders
- Knowledge of the technology landscape and industry trends
- Knowledge of recruiting metrics and market insights
- English fluency

Responsibilities
- Partner with global technology hiring managers to define headcount, candidate profiles, and talent strategies
- Lead full-lifecycle recruitment for specialized technology and product management roles
- Source passive candidates and build talent pipelines
- Use market intelligence and recruiting metrics to improve hiring outcomes
- Embed inclusive, fair, and accessible hiring practices
- Partner with stakeholders to support candidate transitions and new-hire onboarding
- Refine recruiting practices, share market trends, and strengthen the employer brand
