About the Role
You will contribute to venture capital and private equity partnership tax compliance. You will apply partnership-tax knowledge, state and local compliance expertise, U.S. foreign-reporting knowledge, tax software, and workflow tools to support efficient tax operations.
Requirements
- 1+ years of venture capital or private equity partnership tax experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business
- Experience with state and local partnership tax compliance requirements
- Knowledge of U.S. foreign reporting, foreign source income calculations, PFIC, and CFC analysis
- Experience using Corptax or comparable tax compliance software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience using workflow applications
