About the Role

You will support hiring across all non-engineering functions, partnering closely with business leaders to attract exceptional talent across Commercial, Product, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Customer Experience, Marketing, HR, and Corporate Functions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring experience recruiting senior and business-critical talent within fintech, electronic payments, digital banking, technology, or other high-growth industries.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience with strong exposure to business and corporate function hiring
  • Experience recruiting for functions such as Product, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, Customer Support, HR, or Executive hiring
  • Prior experience in fintech, electronic payments, digital banking, technology, internet, financial services, or high-growth startups preferred
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to influence senior hiring managers and executives
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
  • Data-driven and highly organized with strong execution capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across business and corporate functions
  • Partner with executives and hiring managers to understand talent needs and workforce plans
  • Build pipelines for leadership, specialist, and high-impact individual contributor roles
  • Conduct talent mapping and market benchmarking exercises to support hiring decisions
  • Advise stakeholders on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring strategies
  • Drive sourcing initiatives through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and direct market outreach
  • Ensure a high-quality and consistent candidate experience
  • Manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong hiring quality
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
  • Collaborate with HRBP and leadership teams on strategic workforce planning projects
