About the Role

You will analyze, document, and support scalable software solutions. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders, write user stories and acceptance criteria, support roadmap planning, and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or equivalent
  • At least five years of systems analysis or related experience
  • Ability to understand external API documentation
  • Technical-requirements analysis for frontend and middle-tier systems
  • Knowledge of modern application architectures and full-stack development

  • Write Jira user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Support quarterly roadmap planning
  • Create and maintain workflows, system diagrams, and technical documentation in Confluence
  • Articulate sprint-level value
