About the Role
You will maintain and optimize charge-routing workflows, respond to incoming billing requests, and lead professional billing administration. You will review requirements, update and test builds, identify errors, configure claims rules and automations, manage the JIRA backlog, document workflows, and support upgrade-related work.
Requirements
- Epic Professional Billing Admin certification
- Epic Claims Build experience
Responsibilities
- Optimize and update Charge Router workflows
- Handle maintenance tasks from incoming tickets and requests
- Attend and lead meetings with operations
- Keep the JIRA board current and monitor the backlog
- Review requirements and update, optimize, and test builds
- Identify errors and update claim builds or automations
- Document builds and workflows
- Configure claims rules, automations, CDF, and payer builds
- Support upgrade-related work
