About the Role
You will administer Windows and Linux systems, support end-user devices and servers, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. You will manage identities, access controls, IT assets, inventory, licensing, and reporting. You will mentor junior staff, document processes, participate in on-call support, and collaborate on infrastructure, security, and incident-response work.

Responsibilities
- Provide desktop, server, and systems administration support for Windows and Linux
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software
- Administer user accounts, access control, and group policies
- Manage IT assets through procurement, deployment, support, and decommissioning
- Maintain inventory control, licensing compliance, and asset tracking
- Generate hardware, software, compliance, and depreciation reports
- Lead and mentor junior administrators and support staff
- Contribute to technical documentation and training
- Participate in on-call rotation and off-hours maintenance
- Collaborate on enterprise IT operations and incident response
