About the Role
You will take ownership of structuring tokenised funds from inception to market. You will work with asset managers and their service providers to design, document and launch fund and SPV structures, architect issuance and investment solutions enabled by tokenisation, support cross-jurisdictional structuring, and act as a trusted problem-solver for clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- Experience in funds and SPV structuring across the UK and European markets
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high bar for execution
- Proactive, growth-oriented mindset with desire to learn and develop others
- Motivated by disruption and innovation in funds and structuring
- Proven track record of designing and delivering innovative financial or investment solutions
- Previous experience at a fintech or early stage business
- Experience in tokenisation and blockchain technology
Responsibilities
- Work with asset managers and service providers to design, structure, and launch tokenised funds and SPVs
- Architect innovative investment and issuance structures enabled by tokenisation
- Support global structuring capabilities across multiple markets and regulatory jurisdictions
- Act as a trusted problem-solver and advisor for clients and internal teams
- Partner with sales and strategic partnerships to design, launch, and optimise tokenised investment structures
