About the Role

You will lead Push's finance and treasury operations, managing financial risks, FX exposure, fiat and crypto liquidity, counterparty risk, and daily cash flows. You will maintain treasury policies, ensure timely regulatory reporting, oversee capital and liquidity in line with prudential requirements, and build scalable financial systems and controls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field (CFA ACA or equivalent preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in finance treasury or related senior roles
  • Prior experience in a PCF role or equivalent senior regulated function with regulator approval preferred
  • Strong background in crypto fintech or financial services and understanding of blockchain and crypto-assets
  • Strong understanding of prudential frameworks including capital and liquidity management
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modelling forecasting and treasury management systems
  • Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously take initiative and deliver in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead finance and treasury operations for Push
  • Manage financial risks and FX exposure
  • Manage fiat and crypto-asset liquidity and daily cash flows
  • Oversee counterparty risk management
  • Maintain and enhance treasury policies, processes, and controls
  • Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting to the Central Bank of Ireland
  • Oversee capital and liquidity management in line with prudential requirements
  • Direct funding requirements and capital allocation strategies
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, modelling, and forecasting
  • Oversee local accounting, tax, and financial reporting activities
  • Build scalable financial systems and processes to support increased volumes
  • Evaluate financial implications of regulatory requirements and partnerships
  • Provide accurate financial and risk reporting to the board and executive team
