About the Role
You will lead strategic enterprise engagements from deployment through long-term value realization. You will translate executive AI and customer experience strategies into scalable outcomes, coordinate delivery plans and stakeholders, manage risks and timelines, lead executive reviews, and identify expansion opportunities.

- Lead strategic enterprise engagements end to end
- Own success plans, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes
- Translate executive AI and customer experience strategies into business impact
- Orchestrate implementation, timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional execution
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders
- Drive value realization through executive business reviews and data-driven storytelling
- Identify and unlock expansion opportunities
- Partner with account executives, solution engineers, value consultants, and partners
- Represent agentic AI and customer experience transformation expertise in customer engagements
