About the Role

You will guide next-generation autonomous-aircraft conceptual design and tradespace analysis. You will set objectives from customer use cases, define cost-versus-performance metrics, manage schedules and costs, align stakeholders, make system-design trade decisions, and deliver products to customers on time.

Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
At least 10 years of technical program management or study and project management experience
Defense, national security, or aerospace domain familiarity
Cross-functional team leadership experience
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Written and verbal communication skills
Active Secret clearance and eligibility for Top Secret clearance
Experience driving technical projects balancing engineering development and business-growth needs
Experience translating technical information and customer needs into product narratives
Experience conducting product, technology, and market discovery with subject-matter experts
Active Top Secret clearance and eligibility for SCI

Responsibilities

Set objectives based on customer-provided use cases
Develop metrics for cost-versus-performance trades
Plan and manage effort schedules and costs
Develop and deliver strategic products to customers
Own effort execution and align stakeholders
Make informed decisions on system design, mission utility, and cost trades
Ensure on-time and on-target product delivery
