Design and implement post-quantum cryptography algorithms, develop cryptography libraries for MPC wallets and Web3 security products, research Web3 cryptography technologies, conduct security audits, and define cryptography standards and security requirements.

Requirements

• Master's degree or above in Cryptography, Mathematics, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Strong theoretical foundation in cryptography
• Knowledge of public-key cryptosystems
• Knowledge of symmetric and asymmetric cryptography
• Knowledge of lattice theory fundamentals
• Knowledge of security protocol design
• Knowledge of blockchain cryptography applications
• Research experience in post-quantum cryptography
• Familiarity with lattice-based cryptography and hash-based signatures
• Knowledge of NIST PQC algorithms including Kyber, Dilithium, and SPHINCS+
• Research experience in secure multi-party computation
• Familiarity with threshold signatures and secret sharing protocols
• Research background in zero-knowledge proofs or homomorphic encryption
• Proficiency in C/C++, Rust, Go, or Java

Responsibilities

• Design and assess post-quantum cryptography migration paths
• Implement post-quantum cryptography algorithms in signature and key management systems
• Develop cryptography libraries for MPC wallets and Web3 security products
• Research Web3 cryptography technologies
• Produce technology selection reports and technical documentation
• Conduct security audits of wallet-layer signature code
• Audit cryptographic protocol implementations
• Define cryptography technical standards
• Enforce cryptography-related security requirements
