About the Role
You will research and identify security issues across Ethereum protocol implementations before they reach mainnet. You will review upcoming hardforks and protocol changes, perform manual security reviews, build and improve fuzzers and security tooling, support audits, coordinate responsible disclosure, and collaborate with protocol specialists and implementers.
Requirements
- Deep familiarity with the Ethereum execution layer or consensus layer
- Deep familiarity with EL or CL specifications
- Experience implementing or reviewing protocol changes
- Strong understanding of Ethereum networking, consensus, or execution internals
- Experience with one or more of AI-assisted security workflows, protocol security research, fuzzing, vulnerability research, manual application security review, or security tooling
- Knowledge of Go, Rust, Java, C#, Nim, or Python

- Conduct AI-assisted security research and automated bug discovery
- Review upcoming hardforks
- Find vulnerabilities across Ethereum protocol implementations
