About the Role

Provide technical leadership for cloud software and managed orchestration. Define architecture, scale reliable infrastructure, advance managed Kubernetes and AI training clusters, lead cross-functional initiatives, establish engineering practices, evaluate tooling, mentor engineers, and own system architecture and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

10+ years of software engineering experience
Deep expertise in systems engineering and large-scale distributed systems
3+ years of Go programming experience
Extensive Kubernetes and Linux engineering experience
Infrastructure as code expertise
Experience with Terraform and GCP preferred
Understanding of Argo, CI/CD, and automated testing pipelines
Experience architecting Kubernetes operators and controllers
Experience designing and operating systems comparable to GKE and EKS
Exceptional communication skills
