About the Role
Provide technical leadership for cloud software and managed orchestration. Define architecture, scale reliable infrastructure, advance managed Kubernetes and AI training clusters, lead cross-functional initiatives, establish engineering practices, evaluate tooling, mentor engineers, and own system architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- Deep expertise in systems engineering and large-scale distributed systems
- 3+ years of Go programming experience
- Extensive Kubernetes and Linux engineering experience
- Infrastructure as code expertise
- Experience with Terraform and GCP preferred
- Understanding of Argo, CI/CD, and automated testing pipelines
- Experience architecting Kubernetes operators and controllers
- Experience designing and operating systems comparable to GKE and EKS
- Exceptional communication skills
