About the Role
You will design and build AI-powered internal systems, own reliable and observable production infrastructure, and partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize workflow improvements. You will establish and share best practices for agentic coding and operations.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
- Experience designing, building, and shipping AI-based tools
- Knowledge of agent loops, memory, MCP, and evaluations
- Experience shipping tooling or systems for engineering or internal business operations
- Experience working in an early-stage 0→1 environment
- Eligibility to work in the US
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered internal systems
- Own reliable, observable, cost-effective, and flexible AI tooling infrastructure
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand workflows and prioritize solutions
- Champion and help teams adopt agentic coding and operations practices
