About the Role
You will develop operational-analysis strategies and lead modeling, simulation, and wargaming for autonomous aircraft. You will conduct trade studies, analyze mission performance, collaborate with stakeholders, develop reports and CONOPS, and identify emerging threats and operational challenges.
Requirements
- 10+ years of operational analysis, modeling and simulation, or military operations research experience
- Expertise in military mission analysis, operational planning, and wargaming
- Proficiency with AFSIM, STK, MATLAB, Python, or related aerospace and defense modeling tools
- Understanding of air combat, ISR, electronic warfare, or autonomous systems in contested environments
- Experience working with DoD stakeholders, warfighters, and government agencies
- Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights
- Communication and briefing experience for senior leadership, customers, and military personnel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment
Responsibilities
- Develop operational-analysis strategies for autonomous aircraft

- Translate operational insights into design decisions and system improvements
- Conduct trade studies and sensitivity analyses
- Develop high-fidelity mission models using modeling and simulation tools
- Analyze force-on-force engagements, sensor effectiveness, and autonomy-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with DoD stakeholders, operators, and warfighters
- Develop technical reports, briefings, and recommendations
- Support CONOPS development
- Identify emerging threats and operational challenges
