About the Role
You will own mechanical engineering deliverables from concept and prototyping through testing, production, and field support. You will design, analyze, and integrate mechanical systems, collaborate on buildable and reliable designs, and troubleshoot hardware during tests, demonstrations, and field operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field
- 5-6 years of hands-on mechanical design experience in aerospace, ground support equipment, or ruggedized hardware systems
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software and GD&T-compliant documentation
- Strong foundation in structural design, material selection, and manufacturing processes
- Experience performing stress, thermal, tolerance stack-up, fatigue, and FEA calculations
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and program management
