About the Role
You will define the technical roadmap and strategy for critical internal workflows. You will design and build end-to-end AI-powered applications, resolve complex technical risks, establish engineering best practices, lead technical projects, and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience with technical leadership
- 3+ years of engineering leadership experience as technical owner
- Experience designing and building end-to-end full-stack cloud-native applications
- Experience aligning technical strategy with business objectives
- Experience improving engineering quality and operational rigor
Responsibilities
- Define technical strategy and roadmap for critical internal workflows
- Build end-to-end AI-powered solutions with product, design, and engineering partners
- Resolve complex technical risks and development challenges
- Drive design quality, operational reviews, testing strategies, and incident management
