About the Role
You will own flight-control actuation system requirements and verification. You will design and analyze actuators, integrate them with control laws, power, thermal, and structural systems, execute qualification testing, mature flight-ready hardware, and lead system design and qualification reviews.

- US citizenship
- Active Secret or higher clearance
- 8 to 15 years of fixed-wing flight-control actuation system design experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline

Responsibilities
- Define and own FCAS requirements and verification traceability
- Design and analyze control-surface actuation systems
- Drive actuator and control-law integration
- Drive actuator power, thermal, and structural integration
- Define and execute FCAS qualification test plans
- Use test results to mature qualified flight-control actuation hardware
- Lead FCAS design-maturity and qualification-status reviews
