About the Role

Design and deliver the core architecture of an enterprise AI Native engineering platform integrating LLMs, AI Agents, knowledge capabilities, and software development workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 6+ years of backend, platform, or infrastructure engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java or Python.
• Strong understanding of LLM and AI Agent architectures.
• Experience with task decomposition, tool use, context management, memory, execution loops, and exception handling.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Familiarity with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or Copilot.
• Experience designing or developing RAG, GraphRAG, or knowledge graph solutions.
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and core capability development of the AI Agent platform.
• Develop task orchestration, tool invocation, context management, memory, and multi-agent collaboration.
• Implement AI capabilities for coding, solution generation, testing, reporting, and environment deployment.
• Build RAG, GraphRAG, and knowledge graph augmentation capabilities.
• Establish runtime governance frameworks for AI Agents.
• Standardize, productionize, and scale platform capabilities.
