About the Role

You will act as the primary technical partner for integrators and own end-to-end integration execution. You will design and review architecture, debug partner and protocol codebases, unblock testing and production issues, and convert bespoke solutions into reusable templates. You will build automation, improve support infrastructure and documentation, surface structured technical feedback, and publish example implementations to improve developer experience and accelerate integrations.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in production codebases
• Experience supporting or building integrations including APIs SDKs protocols and infrastructure
• Comfortable debugging unfamiliar systems with limited documentation
• Ability to design and improve systems workflows and automation
• Strong technical cross-functional communication skills
• High ownership and accountability
• Experience in blockchain DeFi or developer-facing infrastructure (preferred)
• Familiarity with EVM systems or cross-chain architecture (preferred)
• Experience building internal tooling or automation (preferred)
• Prior experience in solutions engineering platform engineering or technical partnerships (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support architecture design and implementation decisions
• Debug partner and protocol codebases
• Unblock testing deployment and production issues
• Identify recurring blockers and eliminate root causes
• Turn bespoke partner solutions into reusable templates and playbooks
• Design workflows that reduce manual debugging
• Introduce automation to reduce manual work
• Improve support infrastructure including ticketing triage and internal tooling
• Convert repeated questions into documentation tooling or self-serve flows
• Surface structured product feedback from integrators
• Identify expansion opportunities with partners
• Articulate technical value to decision-makers
• Improve documentation and integration flows
• Publish example implementations and reference repositories
• Increase discoverability within technical audiences
