Parity Technologies is a global collective of pioneering, passionate software engineers. Working with the Web3 Foundation, we completed the launch of Polkadot in 2020 and remain the driving force behind the blockchain network’s technical progress. We’re not a memecoin factory. We don’t chase any of the short-term hype. Instead, we focus on building battle-tested technical infrastructure that allows enterprises to make the switch to Web3. We’ve been doing this for 10 years and we’re focused on getting the tech right so that start-ups in the space are set up for long-term success. We are fully committed to the Web3 ethos. That means we believe in a more equitable and decentralized system that empowers users with ownership over their online interactions and their data. And we create the pathways that help enterprises get there, working with business development teams to onboard real-world use cases that drive meaningful impact. Polkadot infrastructure is uniquely equipped with maximum decentralization, plus native scalability, resilience, and security. We’re well set up to attract enterprises that are here for the long-haul, just like us. Parity is a natural home for some of the world’s most skilful and progressive software engineers. We support our developers with agile teams providing legal, financial, and operational support. Back in 2015, we started out in farmhouses, beach huts, and B&Bs. Now, we’re a remote-first collective with around 200 people across the globe, and four European hubs. It hasn’t always been easy for software engineers to build blockchain-based applications and projects. We’re fixing that. By collaborating with other teams in the Polkadot ecosystem, we help Web3 start-ups begin their journey by deploying testnets with a single click, while using advanced tooling that eliminates pain points but maintains the native security and scalability features we’ve always offered.
