About the Role

You will partner with Account Executives and customer technical contacts to architect tailored voice AI solutions. You will create technical demonstrations, enablement resources, self-service tools, and documentation. You will identify repeatable integration patterns and work with product teams to turn them into scalable features.

Requirements

• Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products.
• Experience working directly with customers on technical solutions.
• Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
• Empathy for customers, sales teams, and product teams.
• Technical background in architecting integrations with existing customer solutions.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to strengthen the technical sales process.
• Work with customer and prospective-customer technical contacts to provide tailored support and architect solutions.
• Create technical demonstrations that communicate the product's value.
• Develop technical enablement resources for the sales team.
• Build self-service tools and documentation for customer implementation.
• Identify common integration patterns and work with product teams to productize them.
