About the Role
You will build software that supports customer onboarding and application decisioning. You will automate operational workflows with AI assistance, use metrics to drive business outcomes, and own customer experiences from discovery and application through approval and onboarding. You will partner with product, data, design, and stakeholders across sales, marketing, risk strategy, operations, and finance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a software development role
- Experience shipping fast, reliable applications using modern development tools and infrastructure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment using iterative technical solutions
- Ability to develop creative, pragmatic solutions under uncertainty
- Curiosity and commitment to improving your craft
