About the Role

You will iterate on and build developer tooling to reduce friction for internal and external developers. You will produce hands-on Web3 app prototypes, identify and eliminate friction points, and improve CI/CD and developer workflows. You will create and update documentation, tutorials and videos, run workshops and represent developer needs at events, and shape new initiatives that integrate AI into developer processes.

Requirements

• Prototyping experience from idea to running code
• Experience writing developer documentation and tutorials
• Experience running workshops or presenting at developer conferences
• Practical understanding of how AI can accelerate developer workflows and assistive tools
• Curiosity about Web3 concepts and willingness to learn blockchain development
• Familiarity with JavaScript
• Familiarity with TypeScript
• Familiarity with Rust
• Familiarity with Solidity
