About the Role
You will assess customer needs, recommend models and services, and design scalable solution architectures. You will lead discovery, proofs of concept, deployment planning, technical presentations, partner engagement, and product-feedback collection.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related technical field
- 10 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in a technical customer-facing or partner-facing role
- 10 years of experience managing full-cycle technical sales engagements
- 10 years of experience with cloud or private datacenter infrastructure, containerization, microservices, and APIs
- 8 years of post-sales technical engagement delivering scalable and secure enterprise solutions
- 7 years of technical presentations and customer-facing sales engagements focused on AI infrastructure
- 6 years of scalable cloud architecture and enterprise-system integration experience
- 5 years of experience in the Chinese technology ecosystem
- 5 years of Python and SQL inference coding experience
- 5 years of experience collaborating with system integrators and cloud providers
- 3 years of experience tailoring generative AI models, inference optimization, MLOps, and GPU infrastructure
- Professional spoken and written Mandarin Chinese proficiency
Responsibilities
- Assess client technical needs and recommend appropriate models and services
- Deliver technical product presentations to customers
- Design, prototype, and validate solution architectures and integration patterns
- Provide technical guidance through discovery, proof-of-concept, and deployment planning
- Cultivate technical relationships with Chinese AI model providers and technology companies
- Gather customer and partner feedback to inform product and partner strategy
- Develop technical documentation, best-practice guides, and enablement materials
- Represent the platform at conferences, workshops, and developer meetups
