About the Role
You will define and execute QA strategies for warehouse automation and logistics software. You will collaborate on requirements and test coverage, improve QA processes and CI/CD integration, perform functional and performance testing, coordinate offshore QA work, mentor engineers, and manage defects.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Have at least 5 years of software QA or related experience
- Demonstrate understanding of QA methodologies and the software development lifecycle
- Have experience with automation tools and scripting languages
- Demonstrate familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices
- Demonstrate analytical and communication skills
- Work independently and manage multiple tasks
Responsibilities
- Define comprehensive QA strategies
- Collaborate with development and product teams on requirements and test coverage
- Evaluate and implement QA processes, tools, and frameworks
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Perform functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing
- Coordinate offshore SQA work
- Mentor junior QA engineers
- Manage and prioritize the defect lifecycle
