About the Role
You will design, build, and operate backend services for minting, custody, and settlement of tokenized equities. You will lead complex projects from design through operation, integrate brokerage and ledger systems with on-chain infrastructure, and help maintain correctness and auditability in a 24/7 financial system.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience delivering large-scale distributed systems in production
- Backend development expertise with Go, Python, or Java
- Familiarity with cloud-native architecture such as Kafka, Postgres, and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of correctness-critical systems, including idempotency and reconciliation
- Experience owning ambiguous cross-functional projects
- Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction
- Working knowledge of blockchain fundamentals or willingness to learn quickly
