About the Role
You will build and scale market data systems and services, influence architecture, design mission-critical systems, implement scalable backend services, and improve software quality. You will participate in code reviews, troubleshoot incidents and bugs, and may provide on-call support for timely engineering projects.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience working on systems at scale
- Experience with compiled imperative languages such as Go, C, C++, or Rust
- SQL or relational database skills
- Familiarity with TCP/IP and UDP networking
- Proficiency with Linux or BSD and shell scripting
- Experience architecting and leading medium-scale projects involving multiple teams
- Experience with Kubernetes or other workload orchestration systems
- Experience with major cloud platforms
- Understanding of POSIX-like operating systems
- Understanding of modern infrastructure and orchestration practices
