About the Role
Join Ripple Treasury's Liquidity Management team to build scalable, fault-tolerant, and resilient cloud-based solutions with Azure. The role focuses on production-ready software, testing, observability, technical leadership, mentoring, and on-call operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of application development experience
- Application development experience and modern cloud architecture and deployment practices
- Ability to influence and mentor developers within an agile team environment
- Experience with Azure Services
- Deep knowledge of .NET and C#
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps
- Preferred experience in financial industry systems, treasury systems, payments, FX, ERP, or financial platforms
- Preferred understanding of high-volume transactional processing architectures
Responsibilities
- Leverage Azure services to craft scalable, fault-tolerant, and highly resilient cloud-based solutions
- Conduct rigorous unit, integration, and non-functional testing to guarantee production-ready software
- Implement observability to derive application insights, performance and usage data, and solve problems proactively
- Mentor fellow engineers and lead technical design and code evaluations
- Enhance team operations, processes, methodologies, and technology choices
- Participate in the on-call pager rotation under the you-build-it-you-run-it model
