About the Role
Lead complex Java-based web service projects from design through production launch, build performant database models, improve scalable distributed platforms, contribute hands-on to implementation, mentor engineers, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-volume bank payment capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional engineering experience.
- Senior Software Engineer or similar-level experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Flexibility, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
- Java-based web services using RESTful and SOAP APIs.
- Performant database modeling with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
- Event-driven architecture or message queueing systems.
- United States work authorization without the need for new visa sponsorship.
- Openness to some domestic and international travel.
