The platform is available across Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Brazil.

About the Role
You will develop and improve backend systems, build REST APIs and microservices, and support systems for card payments, treasury management, transaction booking, and crypto liquidity. You will use Java, PostgreSQL, and Spring Boot while applying clean code, TDD, DDD, and continuous integration and delivery practices.
Requirements
- Demonstrable backend development experience
- Fluency in Java
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or another Engineering or Science discipline
- English fluency, both verbal and written
- Track record of building complex products used by millions of people in hypergrowth startups
Responsibilities
- Develop greenfield solutions and improve existing systems
- Build REST APIs and microservices
- Evolve systems supporting card payments, treasury management, transaction booking, and crypto liquidity
- Develop backend services using Java, PostgreSQL, and Spring Boot
