About the Role
You will design build and maintain robust software systems for card issuance. You will make technical decisions lead initiatives maintain code quality mentor engineers and improve engineering processes. You will collaborate across functions explain technical concepts and contribute to recruitment and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience designing and building robust scalable software systems
- Strong Java expertise with Spring and Spring Boot
- Strong SQL and relational database design skills including performance tuning and query optimization
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with OpenAPI documentation
- Familiarity with MySQL Postgres Kafka Zookeeper Docker and Kubernetes
- Proficiency with version control build configuration and automation tools
- Experience with automated and manual testing
- Proficiency with unit testing frameworks
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to provide leadership and guidance on key initiatives
