About the Role
Build and own self-serve platform tooling that enables marketers to launch campaigns, create landing pages, run experiments, and update content efficiently. Shape AI-agent workflows with production guardrails, collaborate with marketers, designers, and product managers, and reduce recurring requests through reusable automation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product engineering experience, ideally at a high-growth technology company.
- Experience building internal tools or platforms that reduce repetitive workflows for non-engineers.
- Experience with user-facing or platform-tooling work.
- Knowledge of Next.js, Sanity CMS, Python, and TypeScript.
- Strong product judgment for scoping and prioritizing tooling.
- Experience with, or a strong point of view on, AI/LLM-augmented engineering, agentic workflows, MCP servers, or LLM-powered tooling.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Ability to collaborate closely with non-engineering stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end self-serve tooling for marketing workflows.
- Develop AI-agent and AI-augmented workflows with strong guardrails.
- Partner with marketers, designers, and product managers to identify high-leverage automation opportunities.
- Set a high bar for engineering velocity and production quality.
- Reduce ticket burden by automating recurring marketing requests.
